3. Neither...nor...

4. Not only...but also...
Example: Not only does online learning save time, but it also reduces travel expenses.
5. Whether...or...
Example: Whether people live in cities or villages, healthcare should be accessible.

Example: As much as technology benefits society, it also creates privacy concerns.
